ﱁAnd thusﱂWe have revealedﱃto youﱄan inspirationﱅbyﱆﱇOur CommandﱈNotﱉ(did) youﱊknowﱋwhatﱌthe Book (is)ﱍand notﱎthe faithﱏButﱐWe have made itﱑa lightﱒWe guideﱓwith itﱔwhomﱕWe willﱖofﱗﱘOur slavesﱙAnd indeed, youﱚsurely guideﱛtoﱜ(the) PathﱝStraightﱞ
And so We have sent to you ˹O Prophet˺ a revelation by Our command. You did not know of ˹this˺ Book and faith ˹before˺. But We have made it a light, by which We guide whoever We will of Our servants. And you are truly leading ˹all˺ to the Straight Path—

ﱟ(The) pathﱠ(of) Allahﱡthe Oneﱢto Whomﱣ(belongs) whateverﱤ(is) inﱥthe heavensﱦand whateverﱧ(is) inﱨﱩthe earthﱪUnquestionablyﱫToﱬAllahﱭreachﱮall affairsﱯ
the Path of Allah, to Whom belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Surely to Allah all matters will return ˹for judgment˺.

The Ornaments of Gold
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
In the Name of Allah—the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful.

Ḥâ-Mĩm.

ﱲBy the Bookﱳthe clearﱴ
By the clear Book!

ﱵIndeed, Weﱶ(have) made itﱷa Quranﱸ(in) Arabicﱹso that you mayﱺunderstandﱻ
Certainly, We have made it a Quran in Arabic so perhaps you will understand.

ﱼAnd indeed, itﱽ(is) inﱾ(the) Motherﱿ(of) the Bookﲀwith Usﲁsurely exaltedﲂfull of wisdomﲃ
And indeed, it is—in the Master Record with Us—highly esteemed, rich in wisdom.

ﲄThen should We take awayﲅfrom youﲆthe Reminderﲇdisregarding (you)ﲈbecauseﲉyou areﲊa peopleﲋtransgressingﲌ
Should We then turn the ˹Quranic˺ Reminder away from you ˹simply˺ because you have been a transgressing people?

ﲍAnd how manyﲎWe sentﲏofﲐa Prophetﲑamongﲒthe former (people)ﲓ
˹Imagine˺ how many prophets We sent to those ˹destroyed˺ before!

ﲔAnd notﲕcame to themﲖany Prophetﲗany Prophetﲘbutﲙthey used toﲚmock at himﲛmock at himﲜ
But no prophet ever came to them without being mocked.

ﲝThen We destroyedﲞstrongerﲟthan themﲠ(in) powerﲡand has passedﲢ(the) exampleﲣ(of) the former (people)ﲤ
So We destroyed those who were far mightier than these ˹Meccans˺. The examples of ˹their˺ predecessors have ˹already˺ been related.

ﲥAnd ifﲦyou ask themﲧWhoﲨcreatedﲩthe heavensﲪand the earthﲫThey will surely sayﲬCreated themﲭthe All-Mightyﲮthe All-Knowerﲯ
If you ask them ˹O Prophet˺ who created the heavens and the earth, they will certainly say, “The Almighty, All-Knowing did.”

ﲰThe One Whoﲱmadeﲲfor youﲳthe earthﲴa bedﲵand madeﲶfor youﲷthereinﲸroadsﲹso that you mayﲺ(be) guidedﲻ
˹He is the One˺ Who has laid out the earth for you, and set in it pathways for you so that you may find your way.
