ﱁAnd notﱂ(is) Our Commandﱃbutﱄoneﱅlike the twinklingﱆ(of) the eyeﱇ
Our command is but a single word, done in the blink of an eye.

ﱈAnd certainlyﱉWe destroyedﱊyour kindsﱋso is (there)ﱌanyﱍwho will receive admonitionﱎ
We have already destroyed the likes of you. So will any ˹of you˺ be mindful?

ﱏAnd everyﱐthingﱑthey didﱒ(is) inﱓthe written recordsﱔ
Everything they have done is ˹listed˺ in ˹their˺ records.

ﱕAnd everyﱖsmallﱗand bigﱘ(is) written downﱙ
Every matter, small and large, is written ˹precisely˺.

ﱚIndeedﱛthe righteousﱜ(will be) inﱝgardensﱞand riverﱟ
Indeed, the righteous will be amid Gardens and rivers,

ﱠInﱡa seatﱢ(of) honorﱣnearﱤa KingﱥMost Powerfulﱦ
at the Seat of Honour in the presence of the Most Powerful Sovereign.

The Beneficent
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
In the Name of Allah—the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful.
ﱧThe Most Graciousﱨ
The Most Compassionate
- Reflections
ﱩHe taughtﱪthe Quranﱫ
taught the Quran,
- Reflections
ﱬHe createdﱭ[the] manﱮ
created humanity,
- Reflections
ﱯHe taught himﱰ[the] speechﱱ
˹and˺ taught them speech.
- Reflections
ﱲThe sunﱳand the moonﱴby (precise) calculationﱵ
The sun and the moon ˹travel˺ with precision.
- Reflections
ﱶAnd the starsﱷand the treesﱸboth prostrateﱹ
The stars and the trees bow down ˹in submission˺.
- Reflections
ﱺAnd the heavenﱻHe raised itﱼand He has set upﱽthe balanceﱾ
As for the sky, He raised it ˹high˺, and set the balance ˹of justice˺
- Reflections
ﱿThat notﲀyou may transgressﲁinﲂthe balanceﲃ
so that you do not defraud the scales.
- Reflections
ﲄAnd establishﲅthe weightﲆin justiceﲇand (do) notﲈmake deficientﲉthe balanceﲊ
Weigh with justice, and do not give short measure.

ﲋAnd the earthﲌHe laid itﲍfor the creaturesﲎ
He laid out the earth for all beings.

ﲏThereinﲐ(is) fruitﲑand date-palmsﲒhavingﲓsheathsﲔ
In it are fruit, palm trees with date stalks,

ﲕAnd the grainﲖhavingﲗhuskﲘand scented plantsﲙ
and grain with husks, and aromatic plants.

ﲚSo whichﲛ(of the) favorsﲜ(of) your Lordﲝwill you both denyﲞ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you ˹humans and jinn˺ both deny?

ﲟHe createdﲠthe manﲡfromﲢclayﲣlike the potteryﲤ
He created humankind from ˹sounding˺ clay like pottery,
- Reflections
ﲥAnd He createdﲦthe jinnﲧfromﲨa smokeless flameﲩofﲪfireﲫ
and created jinn from a ˹smokeless˺ flame of fire.
- Reflections
ﲬSo whichﲭ(of the) favorsﲮ(of) your Lordﲯwill you both denyﲰ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?

ﲱLordﲲ(of) the two Eastsﲳand Lordﲴ(of) the two Westsﲵ
˹He is˺ Lord of the two easts and the two wests.

ﲶSo whichﲷ(of the) favorsﲸ(of) your Lordﲹwill you both denyﲺ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
