ﱁIndeedﱂfor the righteousﱃ(is) successﱄ
Indeed, the righteous will have salvation—

ﱅGardensﱆand grapevinesﱇ
Gardens, vineyards,
- Reflections
ﱈAnd splendid companionsﱉwell-matchedﱊ
and full-bosomed maidens of equal age,
- Reflections
ﱋAnd a cupﱌfullﱍ
and full cups ˹of pure wine˺,
- Reflections
ﱎNotﱏthey will hearﱐthereinﱑany vain talkﱒand notﱓany falsehoodﱔ
never to hear any idle talk or lying therein—

ﱕ(As) a rewardﱖfromﱗyour Lordﱘa giftﱙ(according to) accountﱚ
a ˹fitting˺ reward as a generous gift from your Lord,
- Reflections
ﱛLordﱜ(of) the heavensﱝand the earthﱞand whateverﱟ(is) between both of themﱠﱡthe Most Graciousﱢnotﱣthey have powerﱤfrom Himﱥ(to) addressﱦ
the Lord of the heavens and the earth and everything in between, the Most Compassionate. No one will dare speak to Him

ﱧ(The) Dayﱨwill standﱩthe Spiritﱪand the Angelsﱫﱬ(in) rowsﱭnotﱮthey will speakﱯexceptﱰ(one) who ﱱpermitsﱲ[for] himﱳthe Most Graciousﱴand he (will) sayﱵ(what is) correctﱶ
on the Day the ˹holy˺ spirit and the angels will stand in ranks. None will talk, except those granted permission by the Most Compassionate and whose words are true.

ﱷThatﱸ(is) the Dayﱹﱺthe TrueﱻSo whoeverﱼwillsﱽlet him takeﱾtowardsﱿhis Lordﲀa returnﲁ
That Day is the ˹ultimate˺ truth. So let whoever wills take the path leading back to their Lord.

ﲂIndeed Weﲃ[We] have warned youﲄ(of) a punishmentﲅnearﲆ(the) Dayﲇwill seeﲈthe manﲉwhatﲊhave sent forthﲋhis handsﲌand will sayﲍthe disbelieverﲎO I wishﲏI wereﲐdustﲑ
Indeed, We have warned you of an imminent punishment—the Day every person will see ˹the consequences of˺ what their hands have done, and the disbelievers will cry, “I wish I were dust.”

Those who drag forth
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
In the Name of Allah—the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful.
ﲒBy those who extractﲓviolentlyﲔ
By those ˹angels˺ stripping out ˹evil souls˺ harshly,
- Reflections
ﲕAnd those who draw outﲖgentlyﲗ
and those pulling out ˹good souls˺ gently,
- Reflections
ﲘAnd those who glideﲙswimmingﲚ
and those gliding ˹through heavens˺ swiftly,
- Reflections
ﲛAnd those who race each otherﲜ(in) a raceﲝ
and those taking the lead vigorously,
- Reflections
ﲞAnd those who arrangeﲟ(the) matterﲠ
and those conducting affairs ˹obediently˺!
- Reflections
ﲡ(The) Dayﲢwill quakeﲣthe quaking oneﲤ
˹Consider˺ the Day ˹when˺ the quaking Blast will come to pass,

ﲥFollows itﲦthe subsequentﲧ
followed by a second Blast.

ﲨHeartsﲩthat Dayﲪwill palpitateﲫ
˹The deniers’˺ hearts on that Day will be trembling ˹in horror˺,

ﲬTheir eyesﲭhumbledﲮ
with their eyes downcast.

ﲯThey sayﲰWill weﲱindeed be returnedﲲtoﲳthe former stateﲴ
˹But now˺ they ask ˹mockingly˺, “Will we really be restored to our former state,

ﲵWhat! Whenﲶwe areﲷbonesﲸdecayedﲹ
even after we have been reduced to decayed bones?”

ﲺThey sayﲻThisﲼthenﲽ(would be) a returnﲾlosingﲿ
Adding, “Then such a return would be a ˹total˺ loss ˹for us˺!”

ﳀThen onlyﳁitﳂ(will be) a shoutﳃsingleﳄ
But indeed, it will take only one ˹mighty˺ Blast,
- Reflections
ﳅAnd beholdﳆTheyﳇ(will be) awakenedﳈ
and at once they will be above ground.

ﳉHasﳊ(there) come to youﳋ(the) storyﳌ(of) Musaﳍ
Has the story of Moses reached you ˹O Prophet˺?

ﳎWhenﳏcalled himﳐhis Lordﳑin the valleyﳒthe sacredﳓ(of) Tuwaﳔ
His Lord called him in the sacred valley of Ṭuwa,
