11:29

ﱁAnd O my peopleﱂnotﱃI ask (of) youﱄfor itﱅﱆany wealthﱇNotﱈ(is) my rewardﱉexceptﱊfromﱋﱌAllahﱍAnd notﱎI amﱏgoing to drive awayﱐthose whoﱑﱒbelievedﱓIndeed, theyﱔ(will) be meetingﱕtheir Lordﱖbut Iﱗsee youﱘ(are) a peopleﱙignorantﱚ(29)

O  my people! I do not ask you for a payment for this ˹message˺. My reward is only from Allah. And I will never dismiss the believers, for they will surely meet their Lord. But I can see that you are a people acting ignorantly.

11:30

ﱛAnd O my peopleﱜWhoﱝwould help meﱞagainstﱟAllahﱠifﱡﱢI drove them awayﱣThen, will notﱤyou take heedﱥ(30)

O  my people! Who would protect me from Allah if I were to dismiss them? Will you not then be mindful?

11:31

ﱦAnd notﱧI sayﱨto youﱩ(that) with meﱪ(are the) treasuresﱫ(of) Allahﱬand notﱭI knowﱮthe unseenﱯand notﱰI sayﱱthat I amﱲan Angelﱳand notﱴI sayﱵfor those whomﱶlook down uponﱷyour eyesﱸneverﱹwill Allah give themﱺwill Allah give themﱻﱼany goodﱽAllahﱾknows bestﱿwhatﲀ(is) inﲁtheir soulsﲂIndeed, Iﲃthenﲄ(will be) surely ofﲅthe wrongdoersﲆ(31)

I do not say to you that I possess Allah’s treasuries or know the unseen, nor do I claim to be an angel, nor do I say that Allah will never grant goodness to those you look down upon. Allah knows best what is ˹hidden˺ within them. ˹If I did,˺ then I would truly be one of the wrongdoers.”

11:32

ﲇThey saidﲈO NuhﲉIndeedﲊyou disputed with usﲋand you (have been) frequentﲌ(in) dispute with usﲍSo bring usﲎwhatﲏyou threaten us (with)ﲐifﲑyou areﲒofﲓthe truthfulﲔ(32)

They protested, “O Noah! You have argued with us far too much, so bring upon us what you threaten us with, if what you say is true.”

11:33

ﲕHe saidﲖOnlyﲗwill bring it (on) youﲘwill bring it (on) youﲙAllahﲚifﲛHe willsﲜand notﲝyou (are)ﲞone who (can) escape (it)ﲟ(33)

He responded, “It is Allah Who can bring it upon you if He wills, and then you will have no escape!

11:34

ﲠAnd (will) notﲡbenefit youﲢmy adviceﲣ(even) ifﲤI wishﲥtoﲦ[I] adviseﲧ[to] youﲨifﲩit was Allah'sﲪit was Allah'sﲫwillﲬtoﲭﲮlet you go astrayﲯHe (is)ﲰyour Lordﲱand to Himﲲyou will be returnedﲳ(34)

My advice will not benefit you—no matter how hard I try—if Allah wills ˹for˺ you to stray. He is your Lord, and to Him you will ˹all˺ be returned.”

11:35

ﲴOrﲵ(do) they sayﲶﲷHe has invented itﲸSayﲹIfﲺI have invented itﲻthen on meﲼ(is) my crimeﲽbut I amﲾinnocentﲿof whatﳀcrimes you commitﳁ(35)

Or do they say, “He1 has fabricated this ˹Quran˺!”? Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “If I have done so, then I bear the burden of that sin! But I am free from your sinful accusation.”

11:36

ﳂAnd it was revealedﳃtoﳄNuhﳅThatﳆwill neverﳇbelieveﳈfromﳉyour peopleﳊexceptﳋ(those) whoﳌhave alreadyﳍbelievedﳎSo (do) notﳏ(be) distressedﳐby whatﳑthey have beenﳒdoingﳓ(36)

And it was revealed to Noah, “None of your people will believe except those who already have. So do not be distressed by what they have been doing.

11:37

ﳔAnd constructﳕthe shipﳖunder Our Eyesﳗand Our inspirationﳘand (do) notﳙaddress Meﳚconcerningﳛthose whoﳜwrongedﳝindeed, they (are)ﳞthe ones (to be) drownedﳟ(37)

And build the Ark under Our ˹watchful˺ Eyes and directions, and do not plead with Me for those who have done wrong, for they will surely be drowned.”
