ﱁAnd ifﱂyour Lord (had) willedﱃyour Lord (had) willedﱄsurely He (could) have madeﱅthe mankindﱆone communityﱇﱈone communityﱉbut notﱊthey will ceaseﱋto differﱌ(118)
Had your Lord so willed, He would have certainly made humanity one single community ˹of believers˺, but they will always ˹choose to˺ differ—
11:119
ﱍExceptﱎ(on) whomﱏyour Lord has bestowed Mercyﱐﱑyour Lord has bestowed Mercyﱒand for thatﱓﱔHe created themﱕAnd will be fulfilledﱖ(the) Word of your Lordﱗ(the) Word of your LordﱘSurely I will fillﱙHellﱚwithﱛthe Jinnﱜand the menﱝall togetherﱞ(119)
except those shown mercy by your Lord—and so He created them ˹to choose freely˺. And so the Word of your Lord will be fulfilled: “I will surely fill up Hell with jinn and humans all together.”
11:120
ﱟAnd eachﱠWe relateﱡto youﱢofﱣ(the) newsﱤ(of) the Messengersﱥ(for) thatﱦWe may make firmﱧwith itﱨﱩyour heartﱪAnd has come to youﱫinﱬthisﱭthe truthﱮand an admonitionﱯand a reminderﱰfor the believersﱱ(120)
And We relate to you ˹O Prophet˺ the stories of the messengers to reassure your heart. And there has come to you in this ˹sûrah˺ the truth, a warning ˹to the disbelievers˺, and a reminder to the believers.
11:121
ﱲAnd sayﱳto those whoﱴ(do) notﱵbelieveﱶWorkﱷ(according) toﱸyour positionﱹindeed, weﱺ(are also) workingﱻ(121)
Say to those who disbelieve, “Persist in your ways; we will certainly persist in ours.
11:122
ﱼAnd waitﱽindeed, weﱾ(are) ones who waitﱿ(122)
And wait! Surely we ˹too˺ are waiting.”
11:123
ﲀAnd for Allahﲁ(is the) unseenﲂ(of) the heavensﲃand the earthﲄand to Himﲅwill be returnedﲆthe matterﲇall (of) itﲈso worship Himﲉand put your trustﲊﲋupon HimﲌAnd your Lord is notﲍAnd your Lord is notﲎunawareﲏof whatﲐyou doﲑ(123)
To Allah ˹alone˺ belongs the knowledge of what is hidden in the heavens and the earth. And to Him all matters are returned. So worship Him and put your trust in Him. And your Lord is never unaware of what you do.

˹Remember˺ when Joseph said to his father, “O my dear father! Indeed I dreamt of eleven stars, and the sun, and the moon—I saw them prostrating to me!”1
