27:77

ﱁAnd indeed, itﱂ(is) surely a guidanceﱃand a mercyﱄfor the believersﱅ(77)

And it is truly a guide and mercy for the believers.

27:78

ﱆIndeedﱇyour Lordﱈwill judgeﱉbetween themﱊﱋby His Judgmentﱌand Heﱍ(is) the All-Mightyﱎthe All-Knowerﱏ(78)

Your Lord will certainly judge between them by His justice, for He is the Almighty, All-Knowing.

27:79

ﱐSo put your trustﱑinﱒﱓAllahﱔindeed, youﱕ(are) onﱖthe truthﱗmanifestﱘ(79)

So put your trust in Allah, for you are surely upon the ˹Path of˺ clear truth.

27:80

ﱙIndeed, youﱚ(can) notﱛcause to hearﱜthe deadﱝand notﱞcan you cause to hearﱟthe deafﱠthe callﱡwhenﱢthey turn backﱣretreatingﱤ(80)

You certainly cannot make the dead hear ˹the truth˺. Nor can you make the deaf hear the call when they turn their backs and walk away.

27:81

ﱥAnd notﱦ(can) youﱧguideﱨthe blindﱩfromﱪﱫtheir errorﱬNotﱭyou can cause to hearﱮexceptﱯ(those) whoﱰbelieveﱱin Our Signsﱲso theyﱳ(are) Muslimsﱴ(81)

Nor can you lead the blind out of their misguidance. You can make none hear ˹the truth˺ except those who believe in Our revelations, ˹fully˺ submitting ˹to Allah˺.

27:82

ﱵ ﱶAnd whenﱷ(is) fulfilledﱸthe wordﱹagainst themﱺWe will bring forthﱻfor themﱼa creatureﱽfromﱾthe earthﱿspeaking to themﲀthatﲁthe peopleﲂwereﲃof Our Signsﲄnotﲅcertainﲆ(82)

And when the decree ˹of the Hour˺ comes to pass against them, We will bring forth for them a beast from the earth,1 telling them that the people had no sure faith in Our revelations.

27:83

ﲇAnd (the) DayﲈWe will gatherﲉfromﲊeveryﲋnationﲌa troopﲍof (those) whoﲎdenyﲏOur Signsﲐand theyﲑwill be set in rowsﲒ(83)

˹Watch for˺ the Day We will gather from every faith-community a group of those who denied Our revelations, and they will be driven in ranks.

27:84

ﲓUntilﲔwhenﲕthey comeﲖHe will sayﲗDid you denyﲘMy Signsﲙwhile notﲚyou encompassedﲛthemﲜ(in) knowledgeﲝor whatﲞyou used (to)ﲟdoﲠ(84)

When they ˹finally˺ come before their Lord, He will ask ˹them˺, “Did you deny My revelations without ˹even˺ comprehending them? Or what ˹exactly˺ did you do?”

27:85

ﲡAnd (will be) fulfilledﲢthe wordﲣagainst themﲤbecauseﲥthey wrongedﲦand theyﲧ(will) notﲨspeakﲩ(85)

And the decree ˹of torment˺ will be justified against them for their wrongdoing, leaving them speechless.

27:86

ﲪDo notﲫthey seeﲬthat Weﲭ[We] have madeﲮthe nightﲯthat they may restﲰin itﲱand the dayﲲﲳgiving visibilityﲴIndeedﲵinﲶthatﲷsurely (are) Signsﲸfor a peopleﲹwho believeﲺ(86)

Do they not see that We made the night for them to rest in and the day bright?1 Surely in this are signs for those who believe.

27:87

ﲻAnd (the) Dayﲼwill be blownﲽ[in]ﲾthe trumpetﲿand will be terrifiedﳀwhoeverﳁ(is) inﳂthe heavensﳃand whoeverﳄ(is) inﳅthe earthﳆexceptﳇwhomﳈAllah willsﳉﳊAllah willsﳋAnd allﳌ(will) come to Himﳍhumbledﳎ(87)

And ˹beware of˺ the Day the Trumpet will be blown, and all those in the heavens and all those on the earth will be horrified ˹to the point of death˺,1 except those Allah wills ˹to spare˺. And all will come before Him, fully humbled.

27:88

ﳏAnd you seeﳐthe mountainsﳑthinking themﳒfirmly fixedﳓwhile theyﳔwill passﳕ(as the) passingﳖﳗ(of) the cloudsﳘ(The) Workﳙ(of) AllahﳚWhoﳛperfectedﳜallﳝﳞthingsﳟIndeed, Heﳠ(is) All-Awareﳡof whatﳢyou doﳣ(88)

Now you see the mountains, thinking they are firmly fixed, but they are travelling ˹just˺ like clouds. ˹That is˺ the design of Allah, Who has perfected everything. Surely He is All-Aware of what you do.
