30:16

ﱁBut as forﱂthose whoﱃdisbelievedﱄand deniedﱅOur Signsﱆand (the) meetingﱇ(of) the Hereafterﱈthen thoseﱉinﱊthe punishmentﱋ(will be) brought forthﱌ(16)

And as for those who disbelieved, and denied Our signs and the meeting ˹with Allah˺ in the Hereafter, they will be confined in punishment.

30:17

ﱍSo glory be toﱎAllahﱏwhenﱐyou reach the eveningﱑand whenﱒyou reach the morningﱓ(17)

So glorify Allah in the evening and in the morning—

30:18

ﱔAnd for Himﱕ(are) all praisesﱖinﱗthe heavensﱘand the earthﱙand (at) nightﱚand whenﱛyou are at noonﱜ(18)

all praise is for Him in the heavens and the earth—as well as in the afternoon, and at noon.1

30:19

ﱝHe brings forthﱞthe livingﱟfromﱠthe deadﱡand He brings forthﱢthe deadﱣfromﱤthe livingﱥand He gives lifeﱦ(to) the earthﱧafterﱨﱩits deathﱪand thusﱫyou will be brought forthﱬ(19)

He brings forth the living from the dead and the dead from the living. And He gives life to the earth after its death. And so will you be brought forth ˹from the grave˺.

30:20

ﱭAnd amongﱮHis Signsﱯ(is) thatﱰHe created youﱱfromﱲdustﱳthenﱴbeholdﱵYouﱶ(are) human beingsﱷdispersingﱸ(20)

One of His signs is that He created you from dust, then—behold!—you are human beings spreading over ˹the earth˺.

30:21

ﱹAnd amongﱺHis Signsﱻ(is) thatﱼHe createdﱽfor youﱾfromﱿyourselvesﲀmatesﲁthat you may find tranquilityﲂin themﲃand He placedﲄbetween youﲅloveﲆﲇand mercyﲈIndeedﲉinﲊthatﲋsurely (are) Signsﲌfor a peopleﲍwho reflectﲎ(21)

And one of His signs is that He created for you spouses from among yourselves so that you may find comfort in them. And He has placed between you compassion and mercy. Surely in this are signs for people who reflect.

30:22

ﲏAnd amongﲐHis Signsﲑ(is the) creationﲒ(of) the heavensﲓand the earthﲔand the diversityﲕ(of) your languagesﲖﲗand your colorsﲘIndeedﲙinﲚthatﲛsurely (are) Signsﲜfor those of knowledgeﲝ(22)

And one of His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the diversity of your languages and colours. Surely in this are signs for those of ˹sound˺ knowledge.

30:23

ﲞAnd amongﲟHis Signsﲠ(is) your sleepﲡby nightﲢand the dayﲣ[and] your seekingﲤofﲥﲦHis BountyﲧIndeedﲨinﲩthatﲪsurely (are) Signsﲫfor a peopleﲬwho listenﲭ(23)

And one of His signs is your sleep by night and by day ˹for rest˺ as well as your seeking His bounty ˹in both˺. Surely in this are signs for people who listen.

30:24

ﲮAnd amongﲯHis SignsﲰHe shows youﲱthe lightningﲲ(causing) fearﲳand hopeﲴand He sends downﲵfromﲶthe skyﲷwaterﲸand gives lifeﲹtherewithﲺ(to) the earthﲻafterﲼﲽits deathﲾIndeedﲿinﳀthatﳁsurely (are) Signsﳂfor a peopleﳃwho use intellectﳄ(24)

And one of His signs is that He shows you lightning, inspiring ˹you with˺ hope and fear.1 And He sends down rain from the sky, reviving the earth after its death. Surely in this are signs for people who understand.
