41:30

Indeedthose whosayOur Lord(is) Allahthenstand firm will descendon themthe Angels(Do) notfearand (do) notgrievebut receive the glad tidingsof Paradisewhichyou werepromised(30)

Surely those who say, “Our Lord is Allah,” and then remain steadfast, the angels descend upon them,1 ˹saying,˺ “Do not fear, nor grieve. Rather, rejoice in the good news of Paradise, which you have been promised.

41:31

We(are) your protectorsinthe life(of) the worldand inﱛﱜthe HereafterAnd for youthereinwhateverdesireyour soulsand for youthereinwhatyou ask(31)

We are your supporters in this worldly life and in the Hereafter. There you will have whatever your souls desire, and there you will have whatever you ask for:

41:32

A hospitable giftfrom(the) Oft-Forgiving(the) Most Merciful(32)

an accommodation from the All-Forgiving, Most Merciful ˹Lord˺.”

41:33

And who(is) better(in) speechthan (one) whoinvitestoAllahand doesrighteous (deeds)and saysIndeed, I amofthose who submit(33)

And whose words are better than someone who calls ˹others˺ to Allah, does good, and says, “I am truly one of those who submit.”?1

41:34

And not(are) equalthe good (deed)andﱾﱿthe evil (deed)Repelby (that) which[it](is) betterthen beholdOne whobetween youand between him(was) enmity(will become) as if he(was) a friendintimate(34)

Good and evil cannot be equal. Respond ˹to evil˺ with what is best, then the one you are in a feud with will be like a close friend.

41:35

And notit is grantedexcept(to) those who(are) patientand notit is grantedexcept(to the) owner(of) fortunegreat(35)

But this cannot be attained except by those who are patient and who are truly fortunate.

41:36

And ifwhisper comes to youfromthe Shaitaanan evil suggestionthen seek refugeﲟﲠin AllahIndeed, He[He](is) the All-Hearerthe All-Knower(36)

And if you are tempted by Satan, then seek refuge with Allah. Indeed, He ˹alone˺ is the All-Hearing, All-Knowing.

41:37

And ofHis Signs(are) the nightand the dayand the sunﲫﲬand the moon(Do) notprostrateto the sunand notto the moonﲲﲳbut prostrateﲴﲵto Allahthe One Whocreated themifyouHim aloneworship(37)

Among His signs are the day and the night, the sun and the moon. Do not prostrate to the sun or the moon, but prostrate to Allah, Who created them ˹all˺, if you ˹truly˺ worship Him ˹alone˺.

41:38

But ifthey are arrogantﲿthen those who(are) nearyour LordglorifyHimby nightand dayAnd they(do) notﳈﳉtire(38)

But if the pagans are too proud, then ˹let them know that˺ those ˹angels˺ nearest to your Lord glorify Him day and night, and never grow weary.
