109:1

ﱁSayﱂOﱃdisbelieversﱄ(1)

Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “O you disbelievers!

109:2

ﱅNotﱆI worshipﱇwhatﱈyou worshipﱉ(2)

I do not worship what you worship,

109:3

ﱊAnd notﱋyouﱌ(are) worshippersﱍ(of) whatﱎI worshipﱏ(3)

nor do you worship what I worship.

109:4

ﱐAnd notﱑI amﱒa worshipperﱓ(of) whatﱔyou worshipﱕ(4)

I will never worship what you worship,

109:5

ﱖAnd notﱗyouﱘ(are) worshippersﱙ(of) whatﱚI worshipﱛ(5)

nor will you ever worship what I worship.

109:6

ﱜFor youﱝ(is) your religionﱞand for meﱟ(is) my religionﱠ(6)

You have your way, and I have my Way.”

110:1

ﱡWhenﱢcomesﱣ(the) Helpﱤ(of) Allahﱥand the Victoryﱦ(1)

When Allah’s ˹ultimate˺ help comes and the victory ˹over Mecca is achieved˺,

110:2

ﱧAnd you seeﱨthe peopleﱩenteringﱪintoﱫ(the) religionﱬ(of) Allahﱭ(in) multitudesﱮ(2)

and you ˹O Prophet˺ see the people embracing Allah’s Way in crowds,

110:3

ﱯThen glorifyﱰwith (the) praisesﱱ(of) your Lordﱲﱳand ask His forgivenessﱴIndeed, HeﱵisﱶOft-Returningﱷ(3)

then glorify the praises of your Lord and seek His forgiveness, for certainly He is ever Accepting of Repentance.

111:1

ﱸPerishﱹ(the) handsﱺ(of) AbuﱻLahabﱼand perish heﱽ(1)

May the hands of Abu Lahab perish, and he ˹himself˺ perish!

111:2

ﱾNotﱿ(will) availﲀhimﲁhis wealthﲂand whatﲃhe earnedﲄ(2)

Neither his wealth nor ˹worldly˺ gains will benefit him.

111:3

ﲅHe will be burntﲆ(in) a FireﲇofﲈBlazing Flamesﲉ(3)

He will burn in a flaming Fire,

111:4

ﲊAnd his wifeﲋ(the) carrierﲌ(of) firewoodﲍ(4)

and ˹so will˺ his wife, the carrier of ˹thorny˺ kindling,1

111:5

ﲎInﲏher neckﲐ(will be) a ropeﲑofﲒpalm-fiberﲓ(5)

around her neck will be a rope of palm-fibre.1
