3:92

Neverwill you attain[the] righteousnessuntilyou spendfrom whatﱇﱈyou loveAnd whateveryou spendofa thingthen indeedAllahof it(is) All-Knowing(92)

You will never achieve righteousness until you donate some of what you cherish. And whatever you give is certainly well known to Allah.

3:93

ﱒ ﱓAll[the] foodwaslawfulfor (the) Children(of) Israelexceptwhatmade unlawfulIsraeluponhimselffrombefore[that](was) revealedﱣﱤthe TauratSaySo bringthe Tauratand recite itifyou aretruthful(93)

All food was lawful for the children of Israel, except what Israel1 made unlawful for himself before the Torah was revealed.2 Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “Bring the Torah and read it, if your claims are true.”

3:94

Then whoeverfabricatesaboutAllah[the] liefromafterthatthen those they(are) the wrongdoers(94)

Then whoever still fabricates lies about Allah, they will be the ˹true˺ wrongdoers.

3:95

Say(has) spoken the truthﱻﱼAllahthen follow(the) religionﱿ(of) Ibrahimﲀﲁ(the) uprightand nothe wasofthe polytheists(95)

Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “Allah has declared the truth. So follow the Way of Abraham, the upright—who was not a polytheist.”

3:96

Indeed(the) FirstHouseset upfor the mankind(is) the one which(is) at Bakkahblessedand a guidancefor the worlds(96)

Surely the first House ˹of worship˺ established for humanity is the one at Bakkah—a blessed sanctuary and a guide for ˹all˺ people.

3:97

In it(are) signsclearstanding placeﲖﲗ(of) Ibrahimand whoeverenters it isﲛﲜsafeAnd (due) to Allahuponthe mankind(is) pilgrimage(of) the House(for one) whois ableto [it]ﲥﲦ(find) a wayAnd whoeverdisbelievedthen indeedAllah(is) free from needofthe universe(97)

In it are clear signs and the standing-place of Abraham. Whoever enters it should be safe. Pilgrimage to this House is an obligation by Allah upon whoever is able among the people.1 And whoever disbelieves, then surely Allah is not in need of ˹any of His˺ creation.

3:98

SayO People(of) the BookWhy(do) you disbelievein (the) Verses(of) Allahwhile Allah(is) a Witnessoverwhatyou do(98)

Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “O People of the Book! Why do you deny the revelations of Allah, when Allah is a Witness to what you do?”

3:99

SayO People(of) the BookﲿWhy(do) you hinderfrom(the) way(of) Allah(those) whobelieve[d]seeking (to make) it(seem) crookedwhile youﳉﳊ(are) witnessesAnd notAllah(is) unawareof whatyou do(99)

Say, “O People of the Book! Why do you turn the believers away from the Way of Allah—striving to make it ˹appear˺ crooked, while you are witnesses ˹to its truth˺? And Allah is never unaware of what you do.”

3:100

O youwhobelieve[d]Ifyou obeya groupfromthose whowere giventhe Bookthey will turn you backafteryour belief(as) disbelievers(100)

O believers! If you were to yield to a group of those who were given the Scripture, they would turn you back from belief to disbelief.
